They provided a realistic valuation of my property and were quick to implement the marketing plan. Day to day, Ashton kept me informed every step of the way, and was always available to answer my questions (no matter how often!), and both Ashton and Conor gave me good advice and always kept me informed of progress. Conor and the team at Belvoir have been fantastic throughout. I never felt patronised or pressured (which I did with other agents) and was able to achieve the price I wanted for my property in a short amount of time. The photos and the video in particular were fantastic and really professional. Communication has been great, with Ashton being particularly friendly, helpful and always responsive.
