They are very friendly, reply to queries fast, sorted out issues in the flat quickly (whilst keeping us in the loop) and returned our deposit really fast. Would defo recommend! I’ve had a few dealings with Belvoir this year and really get the impression they want to offer a great customer experience - even if this does not result in a sale. They really listen to their callers - which makes you feel valued - and nothing is too much trouble. This is a really quality outfit with quality employees which is something to value . I would highly recommend their services and attention.

The Belvoir team sold our house recently. They were extremely proactive, gave us the best price and produced some superb photos and a video. They were always on hand to answer questions etc and nothing was too much trouble. The star of the show was Ashton, as our sale was a little messy to say the least. She managed the whole operation (chaos) with utmost calm, and kept the different solicitors and the buyers all under control and informed as required. As Ashton is now being assisted by Jo, I can only see things getting even better. So it’s a massive thanks to John, Conner, Alfie, Ashton and Jo.

Connor and John moved super fast to let my property after woeful service from another Leamington agent lead to it being unnecessarily empty for weeks.
