After being impressed by a friend of ours who is a Warwick university student following his contact with Belvoir, as landlords in Leamington Spa my wife and I decided to try them out. From the first contact with Connor and Keri, we were delighted with their interest, enthusiasm, and professionalism. They gave a true and fair appraisal of the premises and within a surprisingly short time managed to obtain some excellent tenants with whom we also have a wonderful relationship. Belvoir were fantastic during all stages of marketing and the sale process of our old house in Leamington. They arranged many early viewings which meant we managed to achieve a sale price close to that of the asking price. We then went through a challenging few months of difficult negotiations between ours and the buyers solicitors, during this process both Ashton and Connor were relentless in their pursuit for a resolution and always worked in our best interests. They were reliable, professional and knowledgeable at all times. If it wasn’t for them, we may well be facing further months of turmoil trying to get the sale through. With all at Belvoir, I always felt very reassured and in capable hands during a stressful process. In summary, I really cannot recommend Belvoir highly enough and all I can say to them is thank you for everything they have done for us.
