After being impressed by a friend of ours who is a Warwick university student following his contact with Belvoir, as landlords in Leamington Spa my wife and I decided to try them out. From the first contact with Connor and Keri, we were delighted with their interest, enthusiasm, and professionalism. They gave a true and fair appraisal of the premises and within a surprisingly short time managed to obtain some excellent tenants with whom we also have a wonderful relationship.
