I lived in an apartment managed by Belvoir in Leamington Spa for the best part of two years. They were always easy to deal with, answering my emails quickly and courteously. On the rare occasions something was needed (including a locksmith at one point) they were very helpful. At the end of my tenancy they were fair about charges and they even returned the deposit on the same day I sent them proof I'd settled my final bills. I've dealt with a few agents in Leamington over the years and Belvoir were by far the best. My thanks to the team.
