The team is very professionnal and helpful. It's the second time now that we requested the help of Belvoir to find a place for us to rent. We rented our first house in Leamington Spa via Belvoir. It was managed by them and everytime we had a problem , they always tried to sort it out quickly (even on a week-end ). We wanted to change of home and we found our second home thanks to them. We also appreciated their transparency about the fees and the tenancy agreement, we are foreigners and everything was explained to us kindly and clearly. No surprise at all about the fees which are not excessive. We cannot be more pleased. We definitely recommend Belvoir.
