Belvoir completely changed my opinion on estate agents for the better. After years of renting under difficult and unresponsive landlords and agents I was fed up of the whole experience. After a long and unsuccessful search for a flat spanning months last year, I discovered Belvoir in October and within a matter of days we had signed on to a great, newly refurbished, property. They were upfront about all fees and gave us a pack of very helpful advice. As expected with a lot of rental properties, there were a couple of small issues upon moving in. What really impressed me most about Belvoir was their quick and effective response to these issues. As an example, we reported a leaking washing machine through the online maintenance portal and just the next day, they had someone come over and fix the problem. Although we've had some problems with the online maintenance portal since, I've never had any issue with going into the office in person, as all the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming and are very willing to listen to, and help resolve, any concerns. Overall, Belvoir are a prime example of what an estate agent should be and their customer service is second to none. I would highly recommend using them if you're looking for properties in an area that they cover.
