We are a little confused as we are open the same hours as many other UK agents and are often in the office a lot later, especially during busy times. Please be aware, we don't carry out student viewings nor do our students accept viewings between Xmas & New Year, unless they allow, which given the status of COVID during this last holiday period - you can appreciate that they did not and nor did we want to cause them concern by asking to enter their properties.
