I had the Belvoir support for 2,5 year when I was living in Leamington. They are really professionals, but also very friendly and giving you the full attention in every detail. I'm not british, this was my first time in UK and they helped me to feel really welcome. More them a letting agency, they became friends. I definetly recommend them to anyone.
