This is a late review, but in my opinion more accurate because is not made only on the first impression. Very warm people each and every person working in that office in Leamington Spa, by the way nice place to live in. Good energy and happiness coming from them all the time. Trust me even if you have an issue after you rent a place they will be happy to help you fix it and they will do it with joy. Let me tell you also that they will treat everybody the same, no matter the gender, ethnicity, religion etc. I know that for a fact because I am not British and it was hard for me to rent a place not being in the UK. The only agency who responded to my emails was Belvoir Lettings. After coming in the UK thanks to them in 6 days I moved in the apartment. Sue I am sorry for this late review (better late than never I hope), but just to let you know every time I think of my new life here in UK I think of you, Belvoir Team. I salute everybody there in the office, hope you have a nice Saturday and smile after reading this review :). Edited 27/04/2018: Pleased to edit my review as am very happy to be back with Belvoir. Would like to mention that the bad reviews are probably fake ones as don't reflect the reality. The team would never act in the way described in those comments.
