Fantastic agents, everything we needed was attended to within a day, thus their maintenance response unit is great. They are super friendly, willing to help and really understanding especially with regards to student living and some of the complications that can arise. Had a fab two years with them and would gladly recommend them, got our deposits back in full as well! Really patient with the end-of-tenancy chaos too! Thanks Nicole and Sue and John! They are also always available and their offices are friendly and warm! So much love! :)
