I have asked the teams what issues you had and they have commented as per below: Student team: She was a tenant for 2 tenancies, sept 2021 to july 2023. Can’t have been that bad if she renewed? Not sure what she isn’t happy about. Think they may have had some trouble with contractors the landlord arranged, where they repointed the building which was quite messy/ went on for a while. But I’m not really sure what her issue is tbh. The Property maintenance team: This tenant also moved out in April 2023 and I can’t find any complaints or anything from her?
