Used this estate agent for 2 years and had no end of hassle and stress from them. They were incredibly unhelpful and we were very lucky to have a super landlord who told us to come to him directly rather than having to deal with Belvoir. Wouldn’t recommend, especially for students.

Student team:
She was a tenant for 2 tenancies, sept 2021 to july 2023.
Can’t have been that bad if she renewed?
Not sure what she isn’t happy about.
Think they may have had some trouble with contractors the landlord arranged, where they repointed the building which was quite messy/ went on for a while. But I’m not really sure what her issue is tbh.
The Property maintenance team:
This tenant also moved out in April 2023 and I can’t find any complaints or anything from her?
