Belvoir were fantastic during all stages of marketing and the sale process of our old house in Leamington. They arranged many early viewings which meant we managed to achieve a sale price close to that of the asking price. We then went through a challenging few months of difficult negotiations between ours and the buyers solicitors, during this process both Ashton and Connor were relentless in their pursuit for a resolution and always worked in our best interests. They were reliable, professional and knowledgeable at all times. If it wasn’t for them, we may well be facing further months of turmoil trying to get the sale through.
