I would highly recommend Jon and Nicola to anyone looking to sell their property, having used them to sell both mine and my partner's houses. They gave brilliant communication and were very proactive throughout the process, especially during the conveyancing after accepting an offer (Nicola was in regular contact with my solicitor helping to ensure the sale went through without a hitch). It was reassuring to have face-to-face updates from them on how the market was changing and the feedback from viewings, without any pressure to make a fast decision on next steps. I felt they were personally invested in myself and the property, so I felt confident I would be able to sell for the best price.
