During the sale phase Craig and Henry were great. Having viewed potential purchase properties with them both prior to instructing an agent on our own home, they stood out as being superior compared to others locally. They had done their homework - had the answers to all our questions about the properties and were professional but not pushy - a stark contrast to some of the other agents who had showed us properties in the area. This professionalism continued when Craig arrived to value ours, he was prepared, had done his research and was realistic. Having had some challenging house moves in the past, the real value in paying out for an agent is after the sales agreed. Which is when Lorraine stepped in - she was our point of contact throughout, chasing the rest of the chain, solicitors etc to help get the date we needed and keep things moving even when it was technically out of remit - Lorraine was on the case!

We cannot rate Chamberlain Phillips highly enough - from the first meeting until the day of completion they have been fantastic. Before the final sale we sold three times, but issues further down the chain and with an unrealistic buyer meant the sales fell through. During this we were kept up to date quickly and the negotiating carried out on our behalf was really great. At all times the friendly, professional personalities and hard work really helped and we felt so reassured by the extensive and obvious experience and honest feedback. Nothing was too much trouble. Our special thanks go to Craig and Henry for getting us sold and Lorraine for finally getting us over the line, but all staff we came into contact with were brilliantly knowledgeable.
