A faultless service, with every effort made to achieve a good sale, through to a successful completion. The initial valuation discussion was warm, friendly and not at all pressured. The photography, aerial view and video of each property with this Agent was better than any other viewed on the internet and was the deciding factor for us. Our house was presented beautifully in the pictures and the photographer was very easy and nice to have around too. The weather was not ideal for the first aerial photo and within a month they were back again to do a second aerial view, far superior to the first, no expense spared. The viewings were conducted by the agents and all interest was handled sensitively. It felt like the staff were friends showing people round our house. Support during the sale process was always there instantly, professional, patient and diplomatic, holding everyone involved together through some difficult moments. How often does anyone feel every penny of commission was well earned and well deserved? That was the case and I cannot recommend Chamberlain Phillips enough.
