Depending on the colleague that deals with your case can vary the service a lot. Initially we had several colleagues working with us, which meant we felt we were almost being harassed, which added to the stress of buying our first home. Some of the colleagues gave incorrect information and had a bad attitude. However as the process carried on we started to deal with the one colleague. Debbie is brilliant, she answers any and all questions and is upfront and honest. Overall the service is good and I would recommend, but do be aware of one or two colleagues who have incorrect information and don't have compassion during a stressful time.
Unfortunately our experience wasn't a good one. As per previous reviews it really depends on which colleague you speak with. Kelly was amazing caring thoughtful and kind a real asset to your branch.
Had booked an appointment to view a house. I asked if anyone had viewed it already or was going to be viewing it, they said yes but it’s not a first come first serve system. They said all applications will be handed to landlord and then he can decide. Was a bit annoying to have a phone call to say that actually the house had now been rented. If I knew this I would have come to see the house eailer. Wish I had been told the truth to begin with.
Some Webbers agents have got no empathy with people in regards to mental health problems while renting from them in Launceston . I think it’s absolutely disgusting, because they are working daily with numerous amounts of people I think they should be going on mental health courses how to react and be with people who are severely depressed with anxiety et cetera. The last phone call I made I had to drop the phone. I explained that I got mental health problems And I needed help with an issue, and she said I’ve got problems. What a way to act and speak to somebody who’s depressed severely with mental health issues ,I’ve got problems she said, yeah okay Mrs we all got problems, but I’m just stating a fact. i’m not very well, and you’re acting unprofessionally. They never seem to care and worry that you have problems with an issue in your rented accommodation, Even when it’s a serious problem, but if you haven’t paid your rent in one day they’re quickly after you then.
