I had a very positive experience with Webbers renting my first flat as a sole tenant. The team were warm, responsive and professional the whole way through, and supportive and understanding when issues arose. There is a truly personal touch to the customer service they provide and it is clear that they operate with genuine care and integrity as well as professional expertise. I would absolutely recommend them as an agent. Annabel was kind, helpful, attentive and highly competent from start to finish and did so much to put me at ease through what was at times a stressful process. She went above and beyond to support my application and help me secure a lovely flat which I couldn't be happier with.
