During your initial telephone enquiry on 7 March we informed you that viewings had previously taken place but that the property was still available. We explained that given the high level of interest we were scheduled to carry out further viewings on 9 March and an appointment was made for you to view then. On 8 March we received instructions from the landlords to cancel further viewings as they wished to proceed with an applicant who had viewed the property prior to your enquiry. We immediately informed you of this and I am pleased that we were able to provide advance warning and avoid an unnecessary journey for you. We always do our best to assist people with finding a new home, but you will see from our email sent to you on 7 March that appointments can sometimes be cancelled.
