Trust these estate agents, as they are incredible!! Every time I called the team someone was always willing to help me. Just want to acknowledge a diligent lady called Vanessa. I spoke to her about viewing a property as I was in a difficult situation; I was facing homelessness and eviction with a young child. Vanessa told me that she would help me, and within minutes of our phone call she had sent me a viewing. I viewed it, loved it and Vanessa supported me each and every step of the way by keeping me updated in the morning or evenings, even working from home! Due to Vanessa's help I am in a property I love, and my son lives close to his father, his family, and his nursery. We are thrilled with this property! I think every estate agent should aim to be like Vanessa. It was important for us to stay local and she will never know to the extent, how significant she was because she didn't just find us a home, she helped us shape our future.

I moved into my flat in Langley in June 2020, managed by Frost Partnership. It was the first flat I viewed and I immediately knew it was what I wanted – fully furnished and nice, quiet neighbourhood. From the get go, Colin and his colleague Nick couldn’t have been more helpful. Despite lockdown measures only just beginning to ease, they handled everything swiftly and professionally from liaising with the landlady, sorting out references (completed within 48 hours) and finalising of the contract. Since I moved in, I’ve been mainly dealing with Rochelle at Frost over any maintenance issues. There have been a small number, nothing dramatic, just wear and tear of certain items. Rochelle has been equally friendly and professional, quick to speak with the landlady, and then arranging the work to be carried out as quickly as possible, despite various lockdown measures and other unexpected delays. I’m very happy with my flat, and it’s an additional comfort factor that if any problems do come up , Rochelle will deal with everything quickly, efficiently and with courtesy. I would recommend Frost Partnership if you’re looking for property in the Langley area.

We went through many estate agents to get our property sold, with frost EVERY single person that came to view put an offer in. Good service, helpful and easy to get hold of. I mostly dealt with Alison for the sale and she was patient and always happy to help. trail, error and timing with estate agents however, I recommend their service as they got the job done!!
