I spoke to her about viewing a property as I was in a difficult situation; I was facing homelessness and eviction with a young child. Vanessa told me that she would help me, and within minutes of our phone call she had sent me a viewing. I viewed it, loved it and Vanessa supported me each and every step of the way by keeping me updated in the morning or evenings, even working from home! Due to Vanessa's help I am in a property I love, and my son lives close to his father, his family, and his nursery. We are thrilled with this property!
