They are really great and I think the best in Lancaster!Because it's no exaggeration to say that when you contact a few more agents to say you want to rent a property, you'll find that these agents will barely answer your questions in a targeted way, they'll just ask you to fill in an application form (even though you haven't viewed the property yet), and many of them won't even reply to your messages at all, and it's as if the email address is a virtual void. But at nothwood you will definitely get satisfactory answers, especially Kate she even took me to visit the house and sign the contract on Saturday and explained every clause in detail to me.
