Baffled as to how you can confirm a viewing for a property both one week and one day before, and then ring up one hour before the viewing to say that they do not have access to the property. And then to not even apologise once for the time wasted both over the phone and in person. I know estate agents basically hold all the cards in this current climate but it doesn't mean you can waste peoples time like this.
Still not been contacted whatsoever after another month.

I am very sorry for your wasted time. Unfortunately the tenant had promised to drop a key off to our office yesterday morning and it was only when my colleague was preparing to leave for the viewing that it was realised the key had not arrived. We are working on limited staffing levels this week due to annual leave and illnesses so I can only apologise for the oversight. We do not manage the property you were booked in for and as such we did not have tla management key. The owners did not answer the phone in time to arrange to collect theirs. We will call you to rearrange as soon as possible.
