Having been thoroughly let down in every aspect of my time with another agency, I'd become quite disheartened about selling our house. And then I met Michelle. She was a whirlwind of fresh air blowing into my life. I received honesty, open conversation and it was a no brainer to go with JDG. Now here's where things were noticeably different. There was a team of extremely lovely, helpful people who did everything to sell the house. I genuinely think their customer service should be marketed across the country. The team are exceptional. They have the patience of saints, the humour of best friends, the consolation of therapists. When offers started to come in they fought to get me the perfect buyer, and succeeded. Enter the next phase of being wonderfully kept informed of every step. This was at times, very stressful especially when we were given a tight deadline for my purchase. But I needn't have worried. Not once was I made to feel I was a nuisance for calling or checking on things, instead I was treated with respect, most unlike the previous company. Today was completion day, and I'm a little sad that my communication with these beautiful people is over. So John, Michelle, Cassie, Fiona, David and Louisa, thank you, thank you, thank you. You really were the estate agent I never realised I needed.
