I had a viewing with Kay who was extremely friendly and professional. She was very knowledgeable about the house and handled all of my questions with complete ease. She provided additional guidance and information on the area which proved to be invaluable. After my viewing I placed an offer. During the offer process Kay kept me informed with what was happening. This again was so valuable as helped me to manage expectations my side with my buyers. Once I had my offer accepted I was then connect with Toyah to work on progressing the sale as quickly as possible. Toyah is incredible. Highly organised, driven and always follows through with promises. Having her on my side to help me chase the solicitors etc. was beyond an invaluable. Finally, I also spoke to Jo on a number of occasions who was 10/10. Clear, concise and friendly. Couldn’t ask for better. The whole team clearly work so hard and so well together as no matter who I ended up speaking to they were aware of my transaction and what needed to be done. I worked with estate agents for years and have never come across a team so hard working and so collaborative whilst maintaining friendly, calm and professional attitudes!
