We've just experienced some great customer service from the Knowle branch of Exact estate agents in Solihull, when recently viewing and making an offer to buy one of their advertised properties. The manager/sales negotiator who is looking after us is Jacob Endley and as we currently live approx. 125 miles from Solihull, it's quite tricky to arrange viewings and work our way through the various steps and processes involved. Jacob was so helpful in every way possible. He is friendly, experienced, knowledgeable, listened and responded to our questions and requests and came back to us very promptly on the same day with all of the answers. We then arranged a 2nd viewing with him for the next day, for which he had to shuffle his diary around to fit us in at lunchtime, before we travelled South and back home We were able to negotiate and agree our purchase with him the very next day, since when he's emailed us all the necessary forms and information to confirm the deal very promptly. My wife and I would highly recommend Exact in Knowle for your next sale or purchase.

Great service from Lily & Josie at Knowle Xact Homes. They have been fantastic. Great communication throughout the buying process. Regular emails to keep us posted. The process was lengthy as the seller had a chain. However we got there in the end. We used a different agent to sell our house last year as solihull exact wasn’t great with service and communication. However I would 100% use Knowle Xact to sell my house in future if and when the time came. Will recommend Xact homes Knowle to friends and family.
