Great service from valuation to completion. Superb communication in particular from Lily who was not only a pleasure to deal with, but instrumental in supporting us through a seamless sale (& purchase) process. We were impressed by her honest and proactive communication, proactive chasing of the upward chain and regular updates.

Alicia has been really helpful throughout this whole process - keeping me informed and chasing all parties involved. When Alicia has been unavailable the other staff have been polite and helpful. I have never waited more than 10 minutes for a call back. Every interaction has been professional and informative. I would recommend Xact as they have been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish.

Lily was amazing. She was professional, polite, and friendly. She always responded to and passed on any queries promptly, and explained what was required. Can't thank her enough for her support and help with the sale of the property, and for relieving any anxiety and stress throughout the whole process.
