The worst Agents I have ever used. The pictures show the state of the apartment upon moving in and that I repeatedly asked to be fixed, all where ignored.The Financial Director is a Rude and Unprofessional Little man who has no Concept of running a business well.Staff are unhelpful,slow,painful to deal with. Pictures show the state the property was in when I moved in.Also they use sub standard door repair men, this door is brand new with a brand nee handle and after less than 7 weeks it’s come apart. Xact want to charge me again for something they should have repaired properly in the first place. See the picture as proof of the poor craftsmanship. This is the standard you can expect fromThis poor excuse of a company.This property is bow for sale for over £220,000, if you look at the pictures on right more no improvement to the property has been made. This property is not worth the money owner has used the cheapest materials and and a lock of paint. After only living in this apartment for 6 months, I had issues with the electrical system,bathroom and plumbing. The shower had mould and black bacterial build up everywhere. Also the walls and floor are so thin you won’t be able to enjoy music or a film. The current owner has spent little to nothing to make this property worth the price they are asking.Avoid at all costs.12/09/2021 updateAlso anything that goes wrong in any of their properties or needs replacing that isn’t your fault they will try and force you to pay for it.Don’t add stress to moving or buying a new home, Xact will add not just intense stress but also misery and utter frustration.
