I rented through this agency and was presented with an unclean property with rotting vegetables still left in the kitchen. Very stressful in trying to get the property subsequently cleaned. They take no responsibility for their tenants! Now trying to claim a substantial amount of deposit back as a single parent, money I desperately need, but landlord and agents are being extremely difficult. Agents advised DPS is closed on Saturday, when in fact it's all done online! Very inefficient, unhelpful insensitive, uncaring and landlord centric! A very bad experience!! Will never use this agency again for letting or buying purposes!!! As a single parent of a small child who works full time, life is hard enough. XACT DO NOT HELP!!
