I lived at this property for only 12 months when I moved out they tried to charge me £180 for cleaning costs claiming the house wasn’t clean and cob webs in every room, luckily I took photos of the property the day I left and provided evidence to the DPS. I’m glad I had the DPS look into this and Refund most of the money Xact tried taking from me. Also I left a flood light in the Garage by mistake I arranged to retrieve the light back but by the time I went to get the light, the light had been stolen, Agents and the landlord were the only people to enter the property since I had left. Xact denied any wrong doing and claimed I had some how entered the property myself. They made no attempt to solve this matter which was basically theft so details have now been passed to the police. Also I reported a few issues within the property which never got attempted to be resolved within the 12 months I was there. Total shambles of a company so please if you go with them please take photos of the day you move in and the day you move out because this company will try to take money off you.NegativeQuality
