Well, I've gotta tell you that Mather Marshall made the whole process about as stress free as it could be..Over a period of about 7 months we had 2 offers accepted on 2 properties, and although the agents dealing with both sales talked the talk, neither walked the walk. They were both keen to confirm that we were cash buyers and our bona fides were up to scratch, but not so energetic in easing the vendors' along with their bits and pieces. Consequently, we got nowhere with either property.And then I heard the sound of horse's hooves, and Darren Gilbert of Mather Marshall galloped over the horizon, heading in our direction.
