Darren is brilliant!

Darren was more than amazing thoughtout our buying process. We are first time buyers and at times, we felt very vunerable as wasnt sure on processes. I went to Darren with lots of questions and he was always so happy to help. Whenever Darren had an update he would communite with me and whenever I had a question that he didn’t know the answer to he would direct me, I will definitely be using Mather Marshall Knebworth again just because Darren was so thorough throughout the process from beginning to end. Darren Gilbert from Mather Marshalls Estate Agents based in Knebworth, Hertfordshire has been absolutely fantastic in selling our home. In order for our offer to be accepted on our purchase we were given seven days to sell our home and it wasn't even on the market! I called our local Independent Estate Agents (Mather Marshalls) immediately and spoke to Mr Darren Gilbert to explain the urgent situation, Darren came to our property within a couple of hours to survey and take photographs for marketing. My wife Victoria and I were extremely impressed with his attitude, in-depth knowledge and plethora of experience within the industry. Darren called a few hours later to say he had just emailed us a first draught to check all of the information was correct and we were happy (which it was and we were!) and then had our property advertised the same day on multiple platforms. Darren called the following day to say he had several viewings arranged over the next few days, he then proceeded to sell our home on day 6 and above our asking price! The expected moving dates was around 3 months from acceptance, Darren kept us fully informed all along the way of the sale and also our purchase, nudging a few solicitors to hurry up too! Darren didn't just sell our home he fully managed the sale and purchase, checking up and making sure all parties concerned were organised! Mather Marshalls of Knebworth really do care, they are not a big faceless estate agents ready to rip you off for a sub standard service., we received a personal, first class service at a very reasonable price.
