Rachel, my other half, has not quite as many years as me (she's a little more fresh faced - so she thinks!) but equally with sales and customer service background, now turned passionate HR professional. Her love for property comes from the story behind why we started. So why did we start this....because of our own personal experiences of the industry. Property, the biggest purchase of our life time, right? You wouldn't buy a car from a garage that didn't offer a test drive, or go on holiday to a resort that didn't clean the pool, would you? So, why stand for an average service when it comes to property? We have been the tenant with no heating, the landlord trying to get the heating fixed, the seller unsupported in a tricky sale and the buyer not contacted from offer to key collection.
