He explained the way his business works and the overarching mantra for the business which is aiming to distinguish itself in the property market. I found Dean to be very personable and his approach was professional and friendly but also relaxed and not pushy in any way. His communications in the lead up to the appointment was spot on and he was very responsive. When he arrived, he was courteous and reviewed everything in depth and clearly stated my available options and he even handed me a folder full of research he had carried out beforehand. He clearly intimately knows his market and is well-versed in assessing the property market and how it is changing in the surrounding area. I can definitely recommend Dean to anyone, he is not a salesman, rather he's a businessman negotiating on your behalf and will do as much as he can to get you the best price for your property.
