I spoke to an operative from YourMove called Charlotte Wetherell sometime in mid-December. Even though a lot of time has passed since that conversation (sorry!) and I ended up going down a completely different course in terms of renting rather than buying, I have retained a clear impression of how helpful, warm and informative Charlotte was and how she struck me as someone that genuinely cared about doing her job well and providing the best support possible.
