A big thank you to Rupert, Bianca and Steve who handled the sale of our home in Canterbury. Rupert came to our home at the start of the process and was very well prepared, bringing with him notes and research on recent sales of similar properties in the area. As I showed him round the house he was already taking quick measurements there and then. He talked us through the marketing they could offer, and although they took a slightly higher commission than other agents we'd spoken to, Rupert's professionalism convinced us that it would be worth it. Indeed, the house was listed the next day with an open day to be held the following week. Bianca did a great job showing people round. This was the only day that viewings needed to be done, as we had several offers, and our final offer above asking price. We were grateful to only have this single day of disruption. From here Steve took over the process. Although we hit some bumps from the top of the chain, Steve was able to reassure our buyer and guided us through to exchange and completion. From start to finish, this was a slick experience, and I would recommend. Thanks again!
