Hi Dominika, I am so sorry to hear that your experience with Belvoir was not what you were expecting, I have tried to call you to discuss this further. In normal circumstances we would show you round each room in the property but in this instance other viewers turned up early and my colleague thought best to still answer the door as we did not want to be rude. We do aim to give the best customer service and can only apologise that you felt this was not delivered.
