Booking a viewing is prompt, I have had challenges with others who never get back to you. I got a confirmation for the booking on the same day it was listed and they called a day before to confirm booking for a viewing in Kingswood. The letting negotiator Tilly Ryan was already onsite, ready to take me through on the viewing, I value punctuality. All the information on the property was on hand and she was patient and accommodating to allow me to check everything. I look forward to working with them more in finding a perfect home to rent.
