We have been dealing with Isaac since the first viewing of a house we are buying. He is well informed, polite, prompt and generally lovely to speak to. We've also worked with a few other employees at this branch, including Marc who has adivsed us on our mortgage application, and had a really great experience. Thanks Isaac for the sincere and enthusiastic during the viewing even he was busy to serve numbers of customers on that day. After I made the offer to the seller, Isaac had given me some important advices on how to make the deal success as well as the deal with the source of funds issue. Also, he monitored my offer closely in oder to ensure that I am in the first priority. Special thanks to Lindsay, who she is a very diligent and responsible staff to do my case till night before the bank holiday. Truly thanks again to both!
