We're sorry to hear you’re not happy, though we’ve looked into our records and unfortunately can’t find any trace of your enquiry or any contact with HS Property on our system. We endeavour to answer all calls to branch where possible and have a very large sales team in order to manage the high volume of calls we receive, however the team are pro-active, constantly calling out for business in addition to answering the inbound calls, so if everyone is on the phone at the time of your call, we wouldn’t be able to answer it. If you leave a voicemail or send us an online enquiry, we always respond to these the same day they are received (if within working hours) and if not, the next working day. Your review was on a Saturday, which is the most popular day for appointments and so to be able to offer our clients weekend appointments, we have reduced staff in the office on a Saturday. We missed 3 calls on the date of your review, 2 of these left a voicemail and the calls were returned the same day and 1 didn’t leave a voicemail, but we’ve since spoken to them anyway and they do not seem to have an affiliation with HS Property. We take all feedback seriously and pride ourselves on providing a responsive and proactive service to both buyers and sellers, as will be apparent from all our other reviews and the fact we have been the top performing agent in the area for 5 consecutive years.
