Huge disappointment. I had a very frustrating experience with Martin & Co. I agreed to a flat viewing and received a confirmation email with the date, time, and the agent's name (Betty) who would show me the property. However, when I arrived, no one showed up. I called the agency only to be told they didn’t even have me in their system, and that the agent was already home for the day. If you're a landlord considering renting through Martin & Co, I would seriously think twice. This level of disorganization and poor communication is unacceptable.

Absolutely abysmal service. After Josh left no one cared no one paid attention to us and our issues. Staying with them for 10 month and they have a communal cleaner that walks in our rooms with a key she is given from the agency, and the agency never mentioned that detail. When we asked what is happening they told us she is looking for potential damages every week. Absolutely not recommend as the agency is one of the worst I have ever had. Prefer living on the streets with how I was treated.

I would them 0 stars if I could. They took our flat on even though it was in the wrong area, telling us that all was well even though we were concerned. They put our flat on the market, then the agent working with us started her annual leave without telling us. Viewings were set up, then we get a phone call saying we have to take the house off the market because they had made a mistake. We have lost 2 weeks, and all the buyers. Please be careful when talking to Thai branch. They misled us, and essentially lied. Stay away from this branch and think carefully about working with the company.

i had a very bad experience with the kingston branch specialy with Hannah Wheatley the senior sales negotiator how was very unprofessional and because of her i lost an affordable flat that i liked but she sold it after i got the acceptance for my offer !!!!!! and even with out giving me the chance to make a higher offer !! and since then me and my solicitor are trying to contact the manager or any supervisor but they avoiding us !!!!!!
