We didn't start our tenancy very well with Dexters but as soon as Paul took over, our experience has been great with him! He did get the landlord to fix everything which wasn't working in our flat and last week came back with the fantastic news that he had convinced the landlord to replace the carpets in the whole flat! Thank you very much Paul!!!

Having dealt with a number of different agents, it was refreshing to deal with one who wasn't didn't just see this as another transaction...
