Very unusual to have no complaints about a property letting experience but Mansons have bucked the trend. Extremely welcoming and friendly staff who were always only an e-mail away with any of our queries. We would have a reply within 30mins with information about how they were going to fix the issue. All the affiliated maintenance teams were also friendly and very helpful. We were very fortunate to have stumbled across Manson, as students who are often taken for a ride by manipulative landlords. I can't rate the service high enough that I have received from Mansons. Deborah was the lady dealing with the sale of my house and from start to finish the communication was fantastic! She kept me informed throughtout the process, even when valuations, surveys and searches had been completed by my buyer's side, which I didn't expect. I put my house on the market and within 2 days, had viewings. I had accepted an offer within 3 weeks which was great. I have dealt with estate agents in the past and have had such bad experiences, Mansons definately restored my faith! Mansons only have a hand full of properties that they sell at any given time, but this, I feel is so much better than the larger sales agents because they actually have time to dedicate to selling your property. I would recommend Mansons to anyone wanting to sell their property.

Have been dealing with dexters for about 3 weeks now and they have been fantastic! The staff are really friendly and get back to me so fast. Our realtor (Conor H) has been amazing! Super friendly, had loads of patience for all my questions and knew what he was talking about. And he found us the perfect place for our family. 5 stars to Conor!
