We have a small portfolio and have been landlords for a number of years and have used a number of different agents over the years. Mansons are by far the best! Kirstey met us at the property to carry out the property valuation and appraisal. During the appraisal, Kirstey gave advice on how to present the property at it's best, explaining what appeals to students. The property was put on the market and the presentation of the property was exceptional. The team at Mansons organised viewings very promptly, always showing respect to our tenants by giving them notice. (We have seen many agents in the past organise viewings without informing our tenants!) Dan informed us about every viewing and gave us any feedback received. Very quickly tenants were found for our property. Dan continued to keep us up to date throughout the whole process, from referencing, to the day the tenants moved in. He explained they use a very thorough vetting process which also ensures checks with previous landlords. ( We have been let down by other agents in the past with regards to their referencing checks) We've also received excellent feedback from our new tenants who have stated they found dealing with Mansons a joy!
