My partner and I opted to go with Katy after unsuccessfully selling our flat in St Ives with other agents. We decided to go with Katy as she was selling a house locally (one which I had already seen but my partner was unable to). Katy reached out to my partner to see the house however my partner had no car at the time. So, we made the decision to jump ship and put our property on with Katy. The flat had previously been listed for sale for 4/5 months; it received a number of viewings but no formal offers. After 24 hours of being on with Katy, we had some viewings and within approximately 72 hours we had an offer at asking price. Having met Katy several times prior, we had established a number of essentials / non-negotiables for our future house. A few days after receiving an offer on our property, Katy had found us a beautiful house (initially it was slightly outside our desired location) but trusting Katy entirely she had encouraged us to ‘take a look’. Fast-forward 4 months, the sale of our property is complete and my partner and I have moved into our first home together that Katy had encouraged us to see. Throughout the entire process, Katy’s service has been exemplary. Her photos of our property, her enthusiasm, her ability to answer every question (big or small), her knowledge of the market and ultimately her unwavering desire to always go the extra mile. For so long as Katy is running her business. I will never look anywhere else when it comes to buying / selling properties.
