I chose Curchods Ham branch as they were local, I was expecting a friendly local service I got so much more! The sale started in December 2019, a purchaser was found in at the end of January 2020. All handled very well, it was good to know that I was dealing with a very professional team then Covid-19 too hold! What I imagined to be a hurdle too high was in fact not a problem for the team at Curchods, I must stress I felt it was a team effort with everyone being kept updated, as I live in France this was very important to me. The sale was finally completed in June 2020, I have nothing but praise for the way this was handled, I shall even miss chatting with John, Marilyn and Al. Having sold and purchased several properties these were the best estate agents I have ever encountered. In a normally stressfull time, which in these covid-19 times became a little difficult, it was a great relief having Curchods on my side, WELL DONE ALL.
