The Kingston team worked really hard to progress and complete our sale and enable us to move. They were the only agent out of 4 different agencies able to bring the right people to our home and find us a buyer. The team were friendly, helpful and understanding and most of all, communicative.

Curchods were professional, helpful, and once an offer had been received and negotiated, The negotiator( Alkesh Majevadia) kept us informed on at least a weekly basis on the progress of the sale, with a named person (Kevin Green) following up meticulously on all aspects of the sale. It was as smooth as these things can be. Impressed by their client-centred approach, and professionalism throughout. Highly recommended.
