Goodness me, I don't think Curchod's could have done a better job! The house was initially shown, with Tom offering a discrete, knowledgeable viewing. I then went ahead, in what proved to be a very difficult purchase / sale - (my buyer pulled out at very late notice) - which caused troubles in what proved to be a lengthy chain: a potentially difficult situation, which Scott, in particular, managed with extraordinary grace, and expertise, and humour. I learned from this job that Sales Continuance is so important. Had someone been doing Scott's job, in my sale, the problems would not have happened. In fact we all finally completed on the pre-arranged day, and in a mood of humour and calm, which I really appreciated. I also loved the way that the team went above and beyond the call of duty, for example giving advice about Extensions, and recommending architects. Thank you team! You left a very grateful buyer!
