We interviewed several estate agents before appointing Curchods and we definitely made the right decision. They were totally professional from the start, they organised a great selling/marketing strategy, including an interactive video so overseas/remote buyers could view the property, Our Buyer was in Hong Kong) and they were super attentive and responsive during the whole process. Once we had selected a Buyer (from the viewings on the first day) they engaged with our solicitors (Shoosmiths LLP - Curchods have great working relationship with them and I would recommend them as well) they then appointed a dedicated sales expeditor/progress chaser to engage with all parties and provide weekly updates to us on the progress and any issues. This is a real plus and takes the stress out of buying and selling as you are always confident on what is currently happening and and what is needed to be done. Particular thanks and mentions go to Al and Kevin as they were our point contacts and made the whole process easier I would totally recommend Curchods if you want your House Sale or Purchase to go smoothly.
