We interviewed several estate agents before appointing Curchods and we definitely made the right decision. They were totally professional from the start, they organised a great selling/marketing strategy, including an interactive video so overseas/remote buyers could view the property, Our Buyer was in Hong Kong) and they were super attentive and responsive during the whole process. Once we had selected a Buyer (from the viewings on the first day) they engaged with our solicitors (Shoosmiths LLP - Curchods have great working relationship with them and I would recommend them as well) they then appointed a dedicated sales expeditor/progress chaser to engage with all parties and provide weekly updates to us on the progress and any issues. This is a real plus and takes the stress out of buying and selling as you are always confident on what is currently happening and and what is needed to be done.
